A correction
Name the category, the question, and the change you believe is right. A date and a source help. The question bank is a file on the site, so a real mistake can be fixed without publishing a new article.
A broken page
Say which page, which device, and what you expected to happen. A phone and a laptop can behave differently. The more specific the note, the faster the page can be put right.
Privacy
Privacy requests go to the same address. The privacy page explains what the site stores, which is very little, and what advertising cookies would mean if ads are switched on.
What this mailbox is for
The library does not run contests, give prizes, or offer personal, medical, legal, or financial advice. Mail about a wrong answer or a page that will not load is the mail that can be acted on.
